Empathic healer Emily Sabino will offer a free public event called “Sonic Uplift” at Skidompha Public Library. Using soothing rhythms from a large hanging drum measuring three feet in diameter, Sabino will help participants unplug from stress (holiday-related or otherwise) and increase feelings of happiness and well-being.
