Open Mic takes place upstairs in the historic Opera House bar, with doors opening at 6:30 PM. and sign ups at the bar when you arrive. Sign-ups open to high school students through centarians. Baby grand piano available, otherwise please bring your horn or guitar or mandolin or voice, or what have you? Music and performances begin at 7 pm and usually wrap up by 9 pm, a little longer if an especially talented pool of midcoast troubadours and poets has filled the House! Cash bar, coffee and dessert available. This is a licensed venue – patrons are reminded not to bring in their own beverages or food. Audience: All Ages. Donations encouraged at the door.
