Central Lincoln County Adult Education will offer a course called In the Know — In the Dough. This one-night class will cover how to mix, knead, proof, and shape basic yeast dough. Participants will learn how to create cloverleaf rolls, butter crescents, cinnamon swirls, tea rings, and whole-wheat rolls.
The cost of the course is $24. There is also a $7 materials fee, payable to the instructor for supplies the night of class.
