Allen C. Jensen, 49, of Waldoboro, formerly of Rowley and Ipswich, Mass., passed away at his home on Oct. 17.
Allen was born in Ipswich, Mass. on Sept. 6, 1963, son of the late Allen F. and Arlene (Fowler) Jensen.
He attended Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School in Haverhill, Mass. He was employed as a laborer for various construction and paving companies.
Allen enjoyed life and lived it on his own terms. He loved spending time with his extended family at his Uncle Billy’s camp on Dyer Long Pond in Jefferson. He was also a big animal lover, surrounded by his cats and by his best friend Gizmo, his dog who predeceased him.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Christa Jensen.
Allen is survived by children, Matthew Jensen and Crystal Jensen; brother, Mark Jensen and wife Michelle of Rowley, Mass.; nieces, Sophia Jensen and Annalise Jensen; as well as nephew, Jakob Jensen.
Funeral services 2 p.m., Sat., Nov. 3 at the F.S. Roberts and Son Funeral Home, 14 Independent St., Rowley, Mass. Burial will follow in the Main Street Cemetery, Rowley. A period of visitation will precede the funeral service from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
