Anne Barrows Ramsey, 95, passed away gracefully on the evening of Dec. 27 at the Cove’s Edge Nursing Facility in Damariscotta. Born on July 9, 1919 in Greenwich, Conn., she was the daughter of Paul and Faith (Lobdell) Barrows.
