A memorial celebration for Barbara W. Keyes, who passed away Jan. 13, will be held at 11 a.m., Sat., May 16 at the Sheepscot Community Church on The King’s Highway in Sheepcot Village, Newcastle. A reception will follow at the Parsonage next door.
