Claire Fuller Morrell, 82, of Wiscasset, passed away on July 25 in Brunswick. She was born in West Stewartstown, N.H. and raised in Colebrook, N.H.. She was the daughter of Maxine Elliott Fuller Otis and Clark Fuller.
She graduated from Colebrook Academy and received her RN degree from Simmons College and Children’s Hospital School of Nursing in Boston, Mass.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by husband, Prior Morrell; children, Clark Morrell of Merion Station, Penn., Duncan Morrell and wife Lorie Ann of Warfordsburg, Penn., and Elizabeth Kingsbury of Bath; and grandsons, Nathan Morrell, Adam Morrell, Ethan Kingsbury, and Zachary Kingsbury, all of whom are U.S. Marines.
In their honor and in memory of Claire, memorial contributions can be made to the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation at www.toysfortots.org. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
