Cynthia B. Arsenault, 83, of Westport Island, died Dec. 8 in the comfort of her home that she shared with her son and daughter-in-law.
She was born on Aug. 21, 1934, in Norway, the only child of, Leland “Jack” and Dorothy “Dot” (Goodwin) Bartlett. She attended local schools, graduating from Norway High School.
On Sept. 24, 1955, she married Robert Arsenault. He died on Aug. 10, 1980.
She worked as an administrative assistant for many years at KeyBank.
Cynthia is survived by her son, Stephen Arsenault and wife Ann of Westport Island; grandchildren, Megan Stilwell and husband Nicolas, Michael Arsenault and wife Mallory, and Kelly Perry and husband Jacob; great-grandson, Lucas Stilwell (of whom she was so proud to be a great-grandmother).
Her family will be hosting a time of memorial visitation and refreshment from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sat., Dec. 30 at Oxford Hills Funeral Service, 1037 Main St., Oxford.
