A memorial service for David L. Campbell who passed away on Dec. 16, 2014, and his wife Eleanor Campbell who passed away on Feb. 1, will be held at 1:30 p.m., Sat., April 18 at the Second Congregational Church in Newcastle.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that those who wish to honor Eleanor’s memory may do so by making a contribution to their local library to purchase children’s books, as Eleanor loved children, she loved books, and she loved reading to children; or in Dave’s memory to a local animal shelter, as Dave loved cats and dogs, and often adopted shelter animals.
