Eleanor B. Campbell, 94, wife of the late David Campbell of Jefferson, passed away peacefully on the evening of Feb. 1 at the Augusta Rehabilitation Facility. Born on April 8, 1920 in Rhode Island, she was the daughter of Raymond and Helen (Paine) Battey.
A memorial service will be held in the spring, and a full obituary will be posted in next week’s edition of The Lincoln County News.
