Patty “Pat” Boynton, 91, a longtime resident of Chamberlain, passed away peacefully at her home on Aug. 31.
Patty was born Oct. 31, 1925 in Waltham, Mass., the first child of the late Anna Mae (Manning) and George Edward Allen Jr.
She had a gift of bringing out the best in everyone and will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known her.
She was predeceased by husband, Clark W. Boynton; sisters, Barbara Marchand, and Joan Foster of Massachusetts.
She is survived by children, PattyAnne Scanlon and husband Ken of Florida, Susan M. Boynton of Massachusetts, and Clark W. Boynton Jr. of Maine; grandchild, Kenneth Jude Scanlon and wife Julia of Tomball, Tex.; great-grandchildren, Noah and Creed Scanlon of Texas; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
