Sandra Joyce Hassan, 78, of North Newcastle, passed away on the morning of Dec. 5 at LincolnHealth – Miles Campus in Damariscotta. Born in Gardiner on Dec. 23, 1938, she was the daughter of Everett and Zoe Collins.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Millard A. Hassan of North Newcastle; daughters, Robin K. Hassan of Damariscotta, Crystal L. Klema of Lewiston, Melanie M. Riendeau of Newcastle, and Angel S. Plant of Bremen; stepdaughter, Cheryl Wood of Randolph; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
She will be loved and missed by so many.
A celebration of Sandra’s life will be held from 1-6 p.m., Sat., Dec. 16 at the Alna Fire Station, 1647 Alna Rd., Alna.
