Timothy Orrin “Tim” Clark, 46, of Warren, passed away peacefully on Feb. 10 surrounded by his loving family and friends. Tim was born on July 8, 1964 in Rockland, the son of the late Orrin and Mary Heald Clark.
Tim grew up in Warren where he attended local schools. After leaving school he joined the U.S. Marine Corp where he served on active duty for four years. While on active duty he was involved in the Lebanon Campaign. After active duty he matriculated into the National Guard where he served for another two years. After his time in the service Tim moved back to Maine and began work as a welder at Bath Iron Works a position he held for 10 years. After his time at BIW he began work as a carpenter for many years. It was later in life that he found his true passion in landscaping. He established his own company C and C landscaping with his wife Denise. He did this until he fell ill in 2008.
Tim loved to be outdoors whether it was hunting, fishing, or camping as long as he was outside, he was happy. He enjoyed model airplanes and was very proud of his advanced scuba diving certificate that he received. His family meant the world to him and he was very involved in all of their various activities, whether it was sports, drama, or scouting, he wanted to be there for it all and was very proud that he made it to all of their events no matter how sick he was feeling. He loved to play practical jokes and had a very dry sense of humor. He was a caring person and was always willing to lend a helping hand or give you the shirt off of his back. He touched many lives and will be truly missed. The family wishes to acknowledge Tim’s final gift of donating his body to The University of New England so that they may try and help future cancer patients like Tim.
