Sheriff Todd Brackett reports the following:
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 673 calls for service for the period of Aug. 20 to Sept. 10. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 10,426 calls for service.
Summonses
Sept. 3, Amber St. Pierre, 24, of Boothbay, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and operating after license suspended or revoked, on Atlantic Highway, Waldoboro, by Detective Scott Hayden.
Sept. 7, a 17-year-old male juvenile from Jefferson was issued a summons for minor transporting liquor, at Pemaquid Beach Park, Bristol, by Sgt. Jared Mitkus.
Sept. 7, a 17-year-old male juvenile from New Harbor was issued a summons for minor possessing liquor, at Pemaquid Beach Park, Bristol, by Sgt. Mitkus.
Sept. 7, a 16-year-old male juvenile from Jefferson was issued a summons for minor possessing liquor, at Pemaquid Beach Park, Bristol, by Sgt. Mitkus.
Sept. 8, Philip W. Cunningham, 51, of Damariscotta, was issued a summons for operating under the influence (drugs or combo) – one prior, on Main Street, Damariscotta, by Deputy Andrew Miner, who was assisted by Deputy David Bellows.
Arrests
Sept. 4, James A. Forbis, 36, of Whitefield, was arrested for aggravated assault, on Vigue Road, Whitefield, by Detective Sgt. Ronald Rollins.
Sept. 5, Jamie A. Wood, 39, of Waldoboro, was arrested for domestic violence assault, on Center Street, Nobleboro, by Deputy Jonathan Colby.
Sept. 9, Katrina L. Fread, 23, of Walpole, was arrested for domestic violence assault and criminal mischief, on Split Rock Road, South Bristol, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.
Sept. 9, Ryan Bell, 31, of Wiscasset, was arrested on a Cumberland County warrant for failure to appear, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Transport Deputy Julie Groleau.
Accidents
On Sept. 3, an accident occurred on East Pond Road in Nobleboro involving Robert M. Wilshire, 85, of Leesburg, Fla. Wilshire was operating his 2009 Toyota northbound when a deer entered the roadway from the right side and was struck. Deputy Colby was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 4, an accident occurred on Waldoboro Road in Bremen involving Hester K. Stuhlman, 75, of Bristol. Stuhlman was operating her 2011 Honda Civic southbound when she swerved to the right because of an oncoming vehicle. She swerved too far, went off the roadway, and struck a mailbox. Deputy Chad Gilbert was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 5, an accident occurred on Middle Road in Dresden involving Ellen M. King-Boucher, 58, of Augusta. King-Boucher was operating her 2006 Nissan Sentra eastbound when she swerved to avoid an animal in the road. She overcorrected, went off the road, and struck a ditch. Deputy Gilbert was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 6, an accident occurred on Water Street in Wiscasset involving Destini M. Sidelinger, 24, of Damariscotta. Sidelinger was attempting to turn around her 2018 Ford box truck in the waterfront parking lot when the top passenger corner of her vehicle impacted the corner of the harbor master’s building. Deputy Bellows was the investigating officer.
