Boothbay boys and Lisbon girls won a seven team cross-country meet at Wiscasset Sept. 22.
Madison’s Matt McLintok ran away with the competition on the 2.9 mile course in 15:07. Boothbay’s Chase Brown placed second in 16:11. Tom Brown placed 3rd in 17:44; 6. Alex Owen, 18:18; 9. Robert Camp, 18:49; and 10. Bennet Scoot, 19:05 to complete the Seahawks’ scoring five. Also running for Boothbay were 18. Cameron White, 20:06, 19. Jack Hasch, 20:09; 21. Kade Smith, 20:36; 27. Tristan Mercier, 21:40; 29. Zach Vise, 21:48; 38. Karl Alamo, 22:47; 42. Ryler Carty, 23:41; and 44. Keegan Arsenault, 24:37.
Wiscasset boys had two runners compete. Kyle Shute placed 31st in 22:20 and Matt Mills placed 36th in 22:43.
Wiscasset girls also ran two runners. Megan Corson placed 22nd in 36:29 and Alyssa Urquhart 23rd in 36:36.
Lisbon’s Meagan Thomas won the race in 20:46 to lead the Greyhounds to victory. Madison placed second and Boothbay third. Running for the Seahawks were 5. Morgan Crocker, 22:47; 10. Alison Crocker, 24:54; 12. Ashley Reed, 26:48; 13. L. Schwehm, 27:52; 14. Becky Schwehm, 27:55; and 15. Roseln Campbell, 28:23.
