Cape Elizabeth defeated Lincoln Academy girls’ tennis team 3-2 in the West Class B quarterfinals on June 2 in Newcastle. Aimee Keushguerian defeated Madeleine Ciraldo 6-0, 6-1 at first singles. Carly Erskine beat Catie MacDonald 7-5,6-1 at second singles. Ashlee Hartford lost 2-6, 2-6 to Sarah Cummings at third singles. Kelsey Leeman and Kara Mullin fell to Kisa Tabery and Allie Briggs 1-6, 2-6. Jackie Hassenpflug and Emma Lazzari lost 4-6, 5-7 to Abby Armstrong and Tory Etzel at second doubles.
