Whitney Dow of Waldoboro and MacAllister Moss of Bristol competed in their second meet of the season as level sevens with their team North Atlantic Gymnastics Academy.
The “Fur, Feather and Fins” meet was held at Leaps and Bounds, Feb. 24 to benefit the local animal shelter in Fairfield.
MacAllister placed second on floor exercise with a 9.3 and third on balance beam with an 8.6. She was fourth all-around with a 34.55. Whitney placed fourth on uneven bars with an 8.2 and fifth on both the vault (8.7) and floor exercise (8.45). She was fifth all-around with a 32.1.
The levels 4-7 team girls will be traveling to Rhode Island this weekend for the Ocean State Classic Invitational.
