Errors plagued the Panthers in their KVAC opening season loss to Leavitt. The Hornets took a 3-0 lead in the top of the fourth. Medomak evened the score with a bases loaded double from freshman Nick DePatsy. Leavitt out scored the Panthers 5-1 over the final three innings to win 8-4.
