Lincoln Academy girls’ tennis team improved to 5-1 with a 5-0 sweeping victory over MCI Monday night. Leslie Sandefur shut out Cindy Zhong in an eight game pro-set, 8-0 at first singles. Kara Mullin beat Kim Man 8-3 at second singles. Kara Weiske topped Karissa Ballard 8-4 at third singles. Izzy Zaidi and Eloise Kelly teamed up to beat Juliana Li and Sophia Qin 8-3. Tessa Walsh and Kate Westhaver beat Lin Zhu and Candy Tan 8-4 at second doubles.
