The Lincoln County Cardinals baseball team will open the Pine Tree League regular season at home on Sunday, May 17 with a game against the Winthrop Red Sox. The opening day baseball contest will be held at Wiscasset Middle High School at 9 a.m. This is the second season for the Cardinals, who finished their inaugural season with a 10-8 record and an appearance in the league’s playoff quarterfinals.
