Medomak Middle School took full advantage of nine walks and seven hits to beat Nobleboro 12-2 for the Busline League championship on June 11 at Medomak Valley High School. Alyssa Creamer struck out 10 in the win (3BB, 5H). Payson Kaler struck out 14 in the loss (9BB, 7H).
Hitting for Medomak were Jameson (2 runs) and White (3 runs) with a double and single each, Wagner a double, and Baines and Ripley a single each.
Hitting for Nobleboro were Spear with two singles (2 runs), and P. Kaler, Olivia Stiles, and Maddy Scott a single each.
