Nobleboro boys basketball team won the Busline League small division championship on Jan. 29 in Wiscasset. The Lions defeated Searsport 69-37, led by Joel Hatch 25 and Bryce York 22. Searsport was led by Charlie Spiegal 14 and Isaiah Runci 10.
Medomak Middle School boys and girls won the Busline League 7th grade large division Busline League crowns Jan. 29 in Boothbay. Medomak boys defeated Troy Howard of Belfast 44-29. The Riverhawks were led by Gabe Allaire 17 and Connor Simmons 10. Belfast was led by D. Payson 8.
Medomak girls defeated Boothbay 26-24. Sadie Cohen led the Lady Riverhawks with 16 points. Boothbay was led by K. Larson with 11.
