Lincoln County’s Post 42 American Legion baseball team split four games this past week, beating Franklin 7-5 and Augusta 11-3, and losing to Gardiner 1-0 and Amatos (Rockland) 10-5. There is one week remaining in the Legion baseball season.
Scores include: Lincoln 11 – Augusta 3; Amatos 10 – Lincoln 5; Lincoln 7 – Franklin 5; and Gardiner 1 – Lincoln 0.
