Lawrence girls and Messalonskee boys won a six-team KVAC track and field meet on April 30. Lincoln girls took fourth and the boys sixth. Olivia Richmond won the triple jump (29’6″) and was fourth in the discus (69’5″). On the boys side, Frederico Andrada won the long jump (19’9.5″).
Lillian Bisset took third in the 200 in 29.71 and fourth in the 100 hurdles in 18.05. Essie Martin was third in the 800 in 2:42 and Tahlia Mullen seventh in 2:52. Allie Gorrill was third in the 3200 in 13.:45 and Maggie Nevens fourth in 14:10.
Allison Wehrle took third in the racewalk in 9:55. Sam Burke took fourth in the shot put (28’6.5″). Lydia Harris placed fourth in the 300 hurdles in 51.91 and fifth in the 100 hurdles in 18.88.
Michaela Peabody was sixth in the 100 hurdles in 19.05 and sixth in the long jump (13’5.75″). Julianna Lafrenaye was fifth in the high jump (3’10”). Emma Allen took seventh in the 100 hurdles in 20.01.
The Lady Eagles took second in the 4×800 in 11:48 with Julia Ribeiro, Allen, Nevens, and Gorrill; third in the 4×100 in 56.06 with Peabody, Berta, Lafrenaye, and Bissett; and sixth in the 4×400 with Cate Organ, Lucy Williams, Mullen, and Ribeiro.
Boys results
Sean Burke took fourth in the shot put (37′). Ben Musoni was fourth in the 800 in 2:18, Riley Cushing sixth in 2:19.31, and Angus Fake seventh in 2:19.33. Levi McAtee took fifth in the 3200 in 12:38 and sixth in the discus (79’8″).
Lauren P-Nazzaro was third in the high jump (5′) and fourth in the triple jump (35’10”). Tommy Thelander took fifth in the 300 hurdles in 52.35. Abe Steinberger was seventh in the javelin (103′).
The Eagles placed fourth in all three relays, the 4×100 in 57.88 with Ethan Burns, Izac Beaucage, Terry Matsuda, and Shanfeng Pan; the 4×400 in 4:04 in Fake, Cushing, Aaran V-Gonzalez, and Jordan Metz; and the 4×800 in 10:04 with Isaac Knapp, McAtee, Cushing, and Fake.
