The second annual Medomak Valley Triathlon will take place on Saturday, Aug. 24 at Ayer Park in Union (Route 235) beginning at 8 a.m. where all events begin and end.
Events include a one-quarter mile swim in Seven Tree Pond, a 13-mile bike ride around Wotton’s Mill Road, and a three-mile run to Come Spring Lane and back.
Prizes will be awarded in all age categories, team category and overall male and female winners. The cost is $35/person (preregistered) or $40/person the day of the race;
$60 for a team, preregistered or $75 for a team day of the race.
