Camden took a 2-0 lead in the top of the 1st on three singles to Jesse Frasier, Cole Anderson and Hall. Waldoboro tied the game in the home half of the inning. Wyatt Post walked and scored on an Owen Jameson double. Nathan Emerson singled home Jameson.
Camden retook the lead with two runs in the 2nd. Frasier walked and scored on an Anderson double. Anderson scored on a Lucas Boetsch sacrifice fly.
Waldoboro plated three runs in the 3rd to take the lead. Post led off with a double and scored on a Simon Fischer ground out. Ben Dever reached on an error and scored on an Emerson double.
Emerson scored on a throwing error to give Waldoboro the lead. Waldoboro set Camden down in order in the 3rd, before the visitors batted around in the 4th for nine runs. Offensive highlights of the inning included a two run double to Frasier, a two run single and an RBI single to Boetsch, RBI single to Isaac Bricker, and RBI walks to Wood and James Orne.
Waldoboro added a run in the 5th when Emerson singled, stole to third and scored on a passed ball. Camden sent 13 batters to the plate in the top of the 6th, scoring seven runs. Highlights include an RBI fielder’s choice to Frasier, RBI walks to Bricker, Anderson and Boetsch, an RBI single to Hall, and a two run single to Brandon Fisher.
Hitting for Waldoboro were Post and Emerson with a double and two singles each, Jameson a double, and Steve Thompson and Simmons a single each. Hitting for Camden were Frasier with a double and two singles, Anderson a double and single, Hall two singles, and Bricker, Boetsch and Fisher a single each.
