Waldoboro Defeats Lincoln County 11&12 All-Stars

Waldoboro 8 – Lincoln 2Waldoboro 11&12 Little League baseball all-stars defeated Lincoln County 8-2 in Belfast in the District 2 playoffs on Wednesday. Channing Soper (10K, 3B, 2H) and Ollie Brown (1 1/3I, 2K, 1B, 1H) combined on Waldoboro’s mound in the win.

Hitting for Waldoboro were Brown and Riley McCollett with a homerun and double each, Owen Jameson a double and single, Patrick White and Brady Luce 2 singles each, Adam Eustler a double and Isaac Eustler a single. Hitting for Lincoln County were Kevin Fitzpatrick with a double and single, and Nathan Simmons, Baker Gove, Austin Pooler, Riley Cushing and Austin B. with a single each.
