At 11:32 a.m. on Tues. the National Weather Service (NWS) issued the second Winter Storm warning in as many days regarding a front that is forecast to bring an additional 5 to 9 inches of snowfall to Lincoln County by Weds. afternoon. Steady but moderate snowfall was already falling over Lincoln County at the time of this posting, which is just a preview for the overnight hours, according to the NWS.
