Phillip Edward Marcille III, 70, of Damariscotta, passed away peacefully in the home that he built on Lake Pemaquid in the loving arms of his wife Nancy “Munchkin” and surrounded by family on April 10 after a long and courageous battle.

Roger André Fessaguet, renowned chef, educator and former co-owner of Manhattan’s acclaimed La Caravelle and Le Poulailler restaurants, died in Damariscotta on April 2 at the age of 82.

Raymond Parker Thompson, 68, passed away in Waldoboro, on April 18. He was born in Rockland on Dec. 29, 1945, to the late Elmer and Bernice Harper Thompson.

Samuel Hanson Strout, 32, passed away in Waldoboro on April 7. He was born on July 22, 1981 to Jonathan and Paulette Strout in Rockport.
