Sandra Estella (Benner) Winchenbach, 56, of Bucksport, passed away on Dec. 8 after a long battle with cancer.

Mary Elizabeth Fowler, 97, died on Nov. 21 after a long and productive life.

Thelma Gilnack Niederfringer, 93, passed away on Dec. 13 in a Longmeadow, Mass. nursing home.

Anna M. “Endearing Dragonfly” Douglass, 49, of Bath, died Dec. 14 at Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick.

Athlene “Kitty” Moore Prior, 78, of Cushing, passed away Dec. 13 at Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport.

Nancy (Steigerwalt) Dwyer of North Hill, Needham, Mass., formerly of Wellesley Hills, Mass. and Pittsburgh, Penn., passed away Dec. 24.

Millie Coosard, 87, of East Boothbay, died Dec. 9 at Amenity Manor in Topsham.

William Carnes Young, 82, of West Boothbay Harbor, formerly of Brunswick, died Dec. 5 at St. Andrew’s Hospital after several years of failing health.

Rexford “Junior” L. Pierce Jr., 79, of Bristol, formerly of Bath, died Dec. 28 at a Brunswick hospital.

Beryle Clara Creamer, 82, of Waldoboro, passed away Dec. 16 at Country Manor in Coopers Mills.

Sofie Storch, 89, died Nov. 26 at Miles Memorial Hospital. With her family by her side she left this life peacefully, and with the gentle grace and strong faith she so revered.
