Marilyn P. Benner, 80, of Dresden Mills, passed away Aug. 7 at the MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta.

Sue Ellen Carter, 62, of Jefferson, died July 17 at Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport.

James Healey, 63, of Winter Haven, Fla., passed away in Ft. Myers on June 30 as the result of injuries he sustained in an automobile accident.

Carl E. Watson, Jr., 88, of Damariscotta, went with the Lord on July 5 from complications of a stroke in Damariscotta.

Douglas R. Cushing, 82, of New Harbor, passed away on July 13. He was the son of Jeanette (McLain) and Ernest Cushing.

Francis L. Brewster, Jr., 71, of Waldoboro, died as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on July 9.

Polly Smith, 89, of Nobleboro, passed away peacefully on June 30 at her daughter’s home on Pemaquid Lake.
