Reginald J. Gagnon, 74, of Walpole, died Oct. 11 at his home. He was born Feb. 17, 1934, to Charles and Catherine (Cyr) Gagnon of Waterville.

Clarence Pinkham Dodge, 84, of Edgecomb, died Sept. 27 at the St. Andrews Hospital in Boothbay Harbor after a long period of failing health.

Elsie Margaret “Johnny” Beane, 82, of Wiscasset, died Oct. 8 at her home where she was born and resided her entire life.

Isabel Kaler McGrath, 89, of Damariscotta, and former longtime resident of Waldoboro, died Oct. 26 at the Miles Memorial Hospital in Damariscotta after a long illness.

John William Shaughnessy, 62, of Walpole, died Oct. 12 at Cove’s Edge Nursing Home in Damariscotta after a long period of failing health.

Margaret Mary Burke, known to those in Boothbay Harbor as Geri Burke, died peacefully Sept. 10 at the Gregory Wing of St. Andrews Village in Boothbay Harbor. She was born on Feb. 6, 1937 in Evanston, Ill.

Anne Hoffses Reid, 89, of Augusta, died Oct. 8 at the Maine Veterans Home in Augusta, following a long illness.

Raymond Francis Baldwin, 74, of Nobleboro, died peacefully at home on Oct. 22 surrounded by loving family after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Clarke Edward “Skip” Lang, 65, of Nolanville, Tex., died Oct. 2 at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Tex. with his family by his side.

Constance Logan Pratt, 90, died Oct. 1 at the Anderson Inn at Quarry Hill in Camden.

She was born Dec. 18, 1917 in Worcester, Mass., the daughter of Donald and Sarah Briggs Logan.

James R. Johnson, 92, former Dean of the School of Fine Arts and Professor of Art History at the University of Connecticut, died peacefully on Oct. 8 at Cove’s Edge Skilled Nursing in Damariscotta surrounded by loving family.

Barbara Katherine Buck Grover, 76, of Clearwater, Fla., died Oct. 12, after a long courageous battle with cancer. She died at home with her husband, Robert Grover, by her side. Hospice of Florida was a tremendous help to her throughout this struggle.

Frances W. Harrington, 85, of Pemaquid, passed away Oct. 9 peacefully surrounded by loved ones at Cove’s Edge in Damariscotta.

Barbara M. Cromwell, 78, of Westport Island, passed away peacefully Oct. 1 in Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick, surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Enfield on Aug. 4, 1930, the daughter of Sylvan and Mildred (Chase) Applebee.
