Eleanor Lou Gleason McAllister, 87, of Union, passed away peacefully March 20 at her home. She was surrounded by her loving family.

Bessie M. Emerson, 90, of Boothbay Harbor, died at St Andrews Hospital on Feb. 24.

Edna Ellen (Walker) Herbert, of Damariscotta, died March 23. She was born the daughter of Henry W. Walker and Augusta C. (Mulligan) Walker on Sept. 23, 1913 in Hinsdale, N.H.

Brenda K. (Bromfield) (Shelley) Carpenter, 88, of Damariscotta, died March 16 surrounded by people she loved and in the loving care of Miles Memorial Hospital affiliated caregivers.

Michael James Grenier, 46, of Whitefield, passed away March 22. He was born in Waterville Sept. 27, 1962, the son of Gerald H. and Nancy (Pomerleau) Grenier.

Carroll E. Hopkins of Mims, Fla., formerly of Waterville, went to be with the Lord on March 11 at his home following a long illness.

Susan Y. Bilodeau, 57, of Union, formerly of Norfolk, Va., died following a short battle with cancer Feb. 25 at her sister’s home, with her mother and sister at her side.

Franklin C. Fairservice, Sr., 87, of Wiscasset, passed away peacefully at home on Feb. 18.

Carol Sideris Bailey, 68, of Watchung, N.J., died peacefully on Feb. 3 after a long illness.

Alberta Poole Rowe, 99, of Bath, died Feb. 19 after a long stay in the Winship Green Nursing Center in Bath.

Marshall Rufus Lund, 72, of Waldoboro, died Feb. 16 at the Smith Foster Home.

Francis V. “Frank” Colby, 61, of Boothbay, died at home early on the morning of Feb. 7, after a long courageous battle with lung cancer, with his wife Pat at his side.

Mary A. (Pickwick) Knapp, 98, of Augusta, formerly of Bristol Mills, died Jan. 30 at the Maine Veterans Home, Augusta.
