Alfred S. McKay, 78, of Edgecomb, died peacefully Feb. 23 at Cove’s Edge, Damariscotta, with his family by his side.

Phyllis Lorraine Feltis, 68, of Pemaquid, passed away Feb. 11 surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with ALS, (also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease).

Dorothy L. Nickerson, 95, of Portland, formerly Edgecomb and Damariscotta Mills, passed away Feb. 1 at Maine Medical Center.

Louise Gardner Chadwick Lippmann, 93, of Newcastle, died Feb. 20 at Amenity Manor in Topsham after a long period of failing health.

Ethel Hooban Bryant, 92, of Bristol, died at The Lincoln Home, Feb. 13.

Linda Passmore Goodridge Disch, 63, of Nobleboro, died Feb. 2 at Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport after a long illness.

Matthew Tyson Doughty, 36, of Round Pond, died unexpectedly in Damariscotta Feb. 21.

Larry Robert Chapman, 58, of Chesterville and formerly of Warren, died unexpectedly Feb. 9.

Charles William Strong (born Sparaco), 91, passed away on Feb. 2 at the VA Hospital in Long Beach, Cal.

Elsie Amanda Poland, 66, of Round Pond, passed away Feb. 19 in Portland, after battling an illness.

Donald E. Simmons Sr., 72, of Cushing, passed away Feb. 10 at his home with his loving family at his side.

Edythe H. Slocum, 89, of Damariscotta, passed away at Miles Memorial Hospital on Jan. 30 with her family present.
