Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Edgecomb will hold a public hearing on January 14, 2019, at 6 PM at the Edgecomb Town Hall for the purpose of receiving public comment on the proposed Second Amendment to the Davis Island Environmental Protection and Development District and Tax Increment Financing District (“Second Amendment of the Davis Island TIF”), pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 206 of Title 30-A of the Maine Revised Statutes, as amended.

On Wednesday, January 2, 2019, during the Town Clerk’s regular office hours and for the following twenty-eight (28) days, Commercial Shellfish Licenses will go on sale to those 2018 license holders who are grandfathered by virtue of their conservation work.

The application is to stabilize a portion of the shoreline located at 132 John Gay Road in South Bristol, ME.

As of Wednesday, December 12, 2018, nomination papers are available at the Town Clerk’s Office for the following positions
which will be vacated at the conclusion of the Annual March Town Meeting. That meeting will be held on March 22 and 23, 2019.

There will be a $25.00 late fee after January 31, 2019. All dogs 6 months and older must be licensed. Valid rabies and neutering certificates are required.
