ease take notice that James Patnode and Lynne Skeirik, 2107 26th St. S, Arlington, VA 22206, is intending to file a Natural Resources Protection Act permit application with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to the provisions of 38 M.R.S.A. §§ 480-A through 480-BB on or about December 14, 2018.

Please take note that, pursuant to 38 MRSA, Sections 413 and 414-A, Ren-Bro, Inc., of 731 Route 1, Newcastle, ME 04553, intends to file a wastewater discharge license application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The application is for the discharge of 300 gallons per day of treated wastewater to Round Pond in Bristol, Maine. The application will be filed on or about 12-14-18 and will be available for public inspection at DEP’s Augusta office during normal business hours. A copy may also be seen at the municipal offices in Bristol, Maine.

The Bristol Planning Board will meet on Thursday, December 20th, 2018 @ 7:00 p.m. at the Bristol Town Hall. Agenda items include:

Change in winter evening hours open 1st and 3rd Thursday evenings only until 6 PM for January, February and March.
Will resume every Thursday evening until 6:00 PM on April 4th, 2019.
