The Town of Whitefield is seeking proposals for grounds maintenance for the 2018-2021 mowing season for the town office, recycling center, sand and salt shed, cemeteries and fire departments.

The Waldoboro Board of Selectmen will be holding a public hearing on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 6:00 in the evening at the Waldoboro Municipal Building, 1600 Atlantic Highway in Waldoboro to obtain public comment on the March 27, 2018 Special Town Meeting Warrant Articles.

The Town of Waldoboro, Maine Planning Board members will hold a regularly scheduled meeting March 14, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Waldoboro Municipal Building to consider a site review application for 122 Atlantic Highway and 459 Bremen Road.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiscasset Historic Preservation Commission will meet on Thursday March 1, 2018, at 5 p.m. in the meeting room of the Wiscasset Town Offi ce, located at 51 Bath Road in Wiscasset. The Commission will be reviewing a Certifi cate of Appropriateness application from Michael and Patricia Carolan for a new single-family home at 4 Shinbone Alley (Map U02, Lot 046).

By virtue of and in execution of an Order of Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the Lincoln County District Court, on November 16, 2017 in Civil Action, Docket No. RE-15-01 brought by Damariscotta Bank & Trust Company against Sulo Pietila for the foreclosure of mortgages recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 3821 at Page 137 and Book 3822 at Page 179, the statutory ninety (90) day period of redemption having expired, notice is given that there will be sold at a public sale at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the Law Office of David Levesque, 242 Main Street, Damariscotta, Maine, the premises described in the mortgage and being a certain lot of land with the buildings thereon, located at Sulo Road Nobleboro, Maine and 20 Little Lane, Nobleboro, Lincoln County, Maine.  

G.R.H. & Sons, Inc., 55 U.S. Highway Route #1, Nobleboro, Maine will be conducting a private sale of the contents stored in Unit #110. Unit #110 is rented to Derek Winton, last known address Nobleboro. The contents include many different household items. The items will be auctioned off in lieu of non-payment for services on March 10, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
