Winthrop defeated Wiscasset boys basketball team 78-57 Friday night.

Medomak Girls Clip Bears in Triple Overtime, Crush Lions

Medomak Valley girls basketball team skinned the Black Bears in triple overtime on Friday, and crushed the Lions of Belfast 55-25 on Tuesday to improve their record to 9-3. The win over Belfast was the fourth straight for the Panthers.

Meodmak girls ground EA Eagles

Medomak Valley girls basketball team grounded the Eagles of Erskine Academy Friday night, 35-18.

Three County Teams Swim in Wiscasset

Three Lincoln County swim teams plus Hyde competed at the Wiscasset Community Center Friday night. Boothbay girls swam to five first-place finishes, Lincoln three, and Wiscasset girls two. For the boys, Lincoln collected four first places and Wiscasset two.
