Camden Clips Lincoln County Football
Camden Hills clipped the Eagles’ wings Monday 20-14 in football action in Rockport. Travis Creamer scored a rushing touchdown, and had a 65-yard kickoff return. Creamer also passed to Jordan Metz on a halfback option for a 40-yard touchdown reception.

de Garmo Completes First Ultra Marathon
Hunter de Garmo, 32 of Newcastle, completed his first 50 mile ultra marathon on Oct. 6 in Western New York, de Garmo finished the 10th annual Can Lake Ultra Marathon in 10:47:30.
Eagles, Panthers And Seahawks Compete In Festival Of Champions Mega-Meet
Nearly 1400 runners competed in the 2012 Maine Cross Country Festival of Champions in Belfast on Sept. 29. Beth Brown (17:56) of Waterville and Mike Tate (15:26) of New Hampshire set new course records at the mega-meet that saw 60 boys’ teams and 50 girls’ teams compete.
