The Diamondbacks defeated the Fillies 15-14 in an exciting, come-from-behind victory to win the Waldoboro Little League Softball championship June 16. Relief pitcher Addie Jameson collected the win (1H,3K,2B,4R) in one inning of work.

Maddy White started and pitched an inning plus (7R,7B,3HP,1K,1H).

The Rotary Wheels defeated the American Legion 8-6 on Saturday on a walk off, three-run single from Jon Pinkham to win the Lincoln Little League baseball championship.

DB&T Little League softball team defeated The First 13-3 at Pemaquid Beach Field on Saturday to win the Lincoln Little League championship. Dorothy Hodus pitched a no-hitter (11B,13K) for the win.

Lincoln Academy softball defeated Belfast 5-4 in eight innings on May 23.

Medomak Valley softball defeated Maranacook 3-0 on Tuesday at home. Desiree Benner struck out 12 in the win. The Panthers scored three runs in the bottom of the sixth to win. A full report will appear in the May 17 LCN.
