Yachtsman-troubadour and Maine native, Dave Rowe, is a singer-songwriter and interpreter of traditional and modern song—whose 30-year career has had him on stages all over the eastern seaboard and throughout America’s heartland. Dave’s handmade, heartfelt music springs from deep roots borne out of the song traditions of Ireland and the British Isles, cultivated in the roots music of North America, and filtered through Dave’s classical training. Armed with his guitar, a dream, a quick wit, a soaring tenor voice, and the heart of an entertainer, he’s enthralled audiences everywhere he’s gone. Son of Schooner Fare’s Tom Rowe, Dave’s talents were apparent at a young age. Don’t miss this evening of folk at the edge of the sea in Boothbay Harbor.

Tom DiMenna is a singer/songwriter based in Portland, Maine. He developed his Cat Stevens Tribute act while working as a bartender at One Longfellow Square. There he was able to learn from touring performers including Chris Smither, Tom Rush, and Slaid Cleaves. His Cat Stevens show has sold out when he’s performed it in Portland and now he’s taking it on the road. It will feature the soulful singing and romantic guitar playing we all remember from the classic albums Mona Bone Jakon, Tea for the Tillerman, & Teaser and the Firecat. Tom will also share some of his own songwriting throughout the evening.
Richard Shindell says Tom has “A great voice!”, while Portland Press Herald music critic Aimsel Ponti says, “I can’t say enough
good things about Tom. Go see him.” Expect a fun night of good old folk-rock revival. Jason Eckerson joins him on guitar.
LIMITED SEATING. All Reserved. Advance $20. Call the box office at 207-633-5159. Masks required for audience and staff throughout the night. Doors at 7, music at 7:30 pm.
