MidCoast Family Wellness Center is offering Therapeutic Yoga for kids and Therapeutic Yoga for adults and seniors, weekends starting Saturday, February 18 and Sunday, February 19. Space is limited. Private/family sessions available. Call 207-350-9875 or 207-350-5788 to request information. Fee varies. Class is located on the first floor.

The Bremen Union Church will host the second of its four Simply Supper community meals followed by a hymn sing from 6:30-7:30 p.m. On the menu will be various chilis and chowders, cornbread and rolls, salads and vegetables, and, as always, great desserts.

Those who cannot get out but would like a meal delivered should call the church phone at 832-1283.
