Frank Theodore Hill (Teddy), 72, of Warren, passed away unexpectedly on July 22 at Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport. Teddy was born Jan. 13, 1944, son of Niilo and Elizabeth (Oxton) Hill in Rockland.

Florence Irene Dowling, 83, beloved wife of the late James Dowling, both of Whitefield, passed away peacefully July 18 at Maine Medical Center Augusta with her family by her side.

Phyllis Louise Spinney, longtime resident of Wiscasset, passed away on the evening of July 19 at Cove’s Edge in Damariscotta.

Beverly E. Mulligan, 91, of, Southbridge, Mass., died peacefully at home on July 15. She was surrounded by her loving family in the last weeks of her life.
