The undefeated Medomak Valley boys soccer team wrapped up their KVAC season with a 3-2 win at Morse on Oct. 22.
Lincoln Academy girls soccer team defeated Oceanside 7-0 to end their KVAC season with a 9-3-2 record. Tatum Hancock netted six goals in the win and Payson Kaler scored her first career goal. Ellie Mathews had three assists and Grace Houghton two.
Oceanside boys soccer team robbed the Eagles nest for a 3-2 overtime win on Oct. 22. Kolya Philbrook gave the Mariners the lead 10 minutes into the game. Lincoln looked to tie with ten minutes to play in the half, but the goal was called back due to offsides. Jack Duncan scored the neutralizer with 47 seconds remaining in the half when he drilled a shot to the upper left corner.
Boothbay-Wiscasset boys won the MVC cross country championship on Oct. 19 at UMA. Will Perkins was the overall winner. The Seahawks packed five scoring runners in the top 16, including 7. Nathan Chatterton, 12. Graham Harris, 14. Ryan Russell, and 16. Lucas Hardwick.
Medomak Valley girls cross country team won the KVAC Class B championship on Oct. 19 at Cony High School in Augusta. The Lady Panthers placed three runners in the top six and five scoring runners in the top 30.

Lincoln Academy boys soccer team defeated Erskine Academy 3-0 on Oct. 18 in Newcastle. Jack Duncan gave the LA Eagles the lead on cross from Filip Diakonowicz. Pau Baixauli made it 2-0 on feed from Duncan. Diakonowicz added a second half goal after breaking free down the left wing and putting a shot back against the grain to the far post.
Medomak Valley girls soccer team defended the Panther den for a 3-0 win over Leavitt on Oct. 18. Abby Lash converted a Annie Vannoy corner kick, and Julia Kunesh chipped in a direct kick to give the Lady Panthers a 2-0 lead. Senior Alyssa Chandler netted her first career goal in the second half off a Lash throw-in.
Lincoln Academy boys and girls soccer teams were victorious over Belfast on Oct. 15.
Medomak Valley earned their fourth shut out win on the road at Gardiner on Oct. 15 in KVAC girls soccer action. The Lady Panthers out shot the Tigers 14-2.
Medomak Valley and Gardiner locked into a 1-1 double overtime tie on Oct. 15 in the Panthers den. Gardiner took a 1-0 halftime lead on a goal from Cameron Kokenak. Medomak was awarded a second half penalty kick, made good by Zach Cheesman to knot the score six minutes into the second half. The Panthers had an overtime goal called back due to offsides.
Lincoln Academy girls soccer team defeated Leavitt 5-1 in the Eagles nest on Oct. 8. Tatum Hancock gave the Lady Eagles a 1-0 lead at the half on a crossing pass from Madi Bradbury. Ellie Mathews, Hancock, Grace Houghton and Marley LeBel added second half goals. Leah Maheux scored for the Hornets.
Medomak Valley girls soccer team put the Black Bears back on their heels early, scoring three goals in the first eight minutes of play. Sadie Cohen, Autumn Ripley and Abby Lash scored a goal each, and Lash added two assists.
