Police Make Third Arrest in Wiscasset Heroin Investigation
An investigation into heroin trafficking in Wiscasset in connection with the fatal overdose of a local man in August has resulted in a third arrest.
Lincoln County Courts
Dwayne Bates, 27, Richmond, domestic violence terrorizing, Dec. 12, 2014, probation violation, Two Bridges Regional Jail 280 days, all but seven days suspended, probation two years.
Other Courts
Derek M. Bragg, 28, Waldoboro, assault on an emergency medical care provider, dismissed; assault, $300 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 37 days suspended, one year probation; assault, $300 fine; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
