The fourth annual dodgeball tournament to benefit the Merritt Brackett Lobsterboat Races during Olde Bristol Days in August will take place Saturday, March 16 at Bristol Consolidated School, 2153 Bristol Road, Pemaquid (Bristol). This tournament is fun for the whole family, with the adults getting quite competitive.

Workout and Cocktails for a Cure at Ocean Blue Fitness
On Saturday, March 9, Ocean Blue Fitness in Damariscotta will be one of over 30 gyms nationwide that will be raising money to find a cure for leukemia and lymphoma at a workout and Cocktails for a Cure event. There will be two different workouts to choose from at either 2 p.m. or 3 p.m., then from 4:30-7 p.m., Hawks House Inn will host cocktails, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, and desserts.

Benefit Potluck at CLC Y on Feb. 12
The Central Lincoln County YMCA, at 525 Main St. in Damariscotta, will hold a benefit potluck dinner on Tuesday, Feb. 12 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for a local child undergoing medical treatment. All community members are invited to attend and enjoy a variety of homemade soups, salads, breads, and desserts.
