Dale E. Grant, 46, passed away after a brief illness on the evening of May 15 at the MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta, surrounded by his loving family.

Alta B. Greenleaf, 94, of Trevett, died May 5 at St. Andrews Village after a brief illness. She was born on Feb. 13, 1921 in Boothbay, the daughter of Cleveland C. and Elizabeth Orchard Barter.

Herbert William Geroux, Sr., 80, of Woolwich, passed away peacefully at his home on May 13 after a long, courageous battle with cancer.

Dr. Julian H. Sacks, 85, of Whitefield, died peacefully with his beloved wife Marie by his bedside at Massachusetts General Hospital on May 18.
