Phyllis F. Lilly, 87, of Jefferson, passed away July 30 following a brief illness with her family at her side.

William Charles Sedgwick, 90, of Waldoboro, passed away peacefully on Aug. 12 following a brief illness.

Myrtle “Myrt” DeSantis, 74, of Boothbay Harbor, formerly of East Boston, Mass., died Aug. 20 at a local hospital.

Brenda J. Sounier, 65, of Windsor and formerly of Randolph and Augusta, died Aug. 6 at the MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta with her family and friends at her side.

Henry C. Beerits, 97, of Sheepscot, died on July 25 at Cove’s Edge Nursing Facility, Miles Memorial Hospital, Damariscotta.

Evelyn M. Bailey, 86, of Wiscasset, died Aug. 7 at Edgecomb Green in Edgecomb with her family at her side.

Martha Verne (Webster) Libby, 70, of Bedford, Mass., passed away at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Mass. on Aug. 20.

Anthony Blanchard Townsend, 89, of Newcastle, died peacefully on Aug. 6 in Damariscotta.
