Geraldine “Gerri” (Ciaramitaro) Genthner, 82, of Damariscotta, passed away peacefully on Feb. 25, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was the devoted wife of Capt. Clell Genthner and a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Joseph John Paul Arsenault Sr., age 89, of Dresden, died Feb. 17, 2026 at Maine Medical Center in Portland, surrounded by his loving family.

Berkley King Weston, 90, of Walpole, passed away on the morning of Feb. 19, 2026 at Cove’s Edge in Damariscotta. Born on Dec. 6, 1935 in Boothbay, he was a son of Clayton and Fannie (Brewer) Weston.

Anne Foster-Bourne – the woman who lived like a hurricane and dressed like a dream – took her final bow on Feb. 18, 2026 in Round Pond. She was 81, though “age” was simply another frivolous rule she chose to overrun. If life is a stage, Anne didn’t just play the lead; she owned the theater, directed the cast, and kept the audience clapping for an encore long after the house lights came up.

Dorothy I. “Dottsie” (Roberts) Keddie Hallstrom, a longtime resident of Stoneham, Mass., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026 at Billerica Commons at age 92.

Valerie Gorrill passed on Feb. 12, 2026 in Damariscotta, a place she has called home for the past 25 years. She was born in pre-World War II London and raised in several villages outside of Cambridge, England. Valerie had many passions in life that kept her forever young at heart.

Jeffrey Philip Evangelos was born on Nov. 3, 1952 at Emerson Hospital in Concord, Mass. – the cradle of the American Revolution. Fittingly, he entered the world on Election Day, a sign of the civic spirit that would define so much of his life.
