The Somerville Planning Board will be hosting an informational meeting for residents with Q&A regarding the pole-for-pole replacement project. The meeting will be held at 6 PM on 26 February, 2020 at the town office.

The Waldoboro Registrar’s office will be accepting voter registrations during the hours of 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday and will hold evening hours on Wednesday, February 26 from 4:30 – 7:00 PM for any Waldoboro residents interested in registering to vote. Personal identification and proof of residency is required.

The Jefferson Planning Board will be meeting on February 26, 2020 at 4:00 PM to view the property at 54 Lake Farm Circle, Map 39, Lot 38-011 owned by James and Jane Murphy.

Upon consideration of the Motion for Order Authorizing Service by Alternative Means and Extending Time to Serve Summons and Complaint filed by Plaintiff First National Bank, it is hereby found as follows:

G.R.H. & Sons, Inc., 55 U.S. Highway Route #1, Nobleboro, Maine will be conducting a private sale of the contents stored in Unit #54. Unit #54 is rented to Tiffany Simmons, last known address Waldoboro. The contents include many different household items. The items will be auctioned off in lieu of non-payment for services on Feb. 29, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.

The Municipal Officers of the Town of South Bristol will hold a public hearing on the application of Lynette N. McGowan, DBA In The Cove, LLC for a liquor license and entertainment permit.

The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on February 20, 2020 6:00 PM at the Town Office, for the purpose of answering public questions regarding the proposed Adult Use and Medical Marijuana Businesses Ordinance for adoption at the March 7th, 2020 Special Town Meeting.

The South Bristol Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing February 13, 2020 on the changes to the Shoreland Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held during the Selectmen’s meeting at the South Bristol Town Office at 6:30.

Nomination papers for candidates for town offices to be voted on May 15, 2020 are available from February 5, 2020 to March 16, 2020 at the Town Clerk’s Office, Monday evenings 7-9 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:30-5 PM.
